What are the conditions for exchanges and / or returns?
The conditions for accepting products are:
Who is charged for shipping costs?
When the product is incorrect or has an anomaly, the shipping costs will be borne by Amorim Gerações;
When the product is in normal condition and the customer only wants exchange, the costs related to the exchange / return will be borne by the customer.
To start the return process, the customer must contact us through our email: [email protected], explaining the order status. If the defect / incorrect order is found, we will proceed with the process.
To return, you must place the item (s) in their original or similar packaging, along with a copy of the purchase order and / or invoice. At the time of collection, the transport label will be provided;
If you want to receive the correct item first, you will have to pay for it (without postage). We will credit the incorrect one as soon as it enters our facilities;
Upon receipt of the product (s), we will verify that they are in accordance with the requirements already mentioned, and if everything is in compliance we proceed to credit the value of the products in your checking account.
Note: The buyer is responsible for the items until they arrive at our warehouse, so he must make sure that they have been properly packed, so as not to suffer damage during transport. In case of doubts, or if you need assistance, contact our Customer Support chat.
Your refund will be processed as soon as the returned items have been inspected by our team. After the return has been approved, it may take up to 14 days for the refund to be made by Amorim Gerações. The credit may be kept in a checking account to be discounted later on a future order, or it may indicate an IBAN for transferring the amount.
